DISINFECTION OF THE PREMISES
An ozonisation process that is capable of eliminating bacteria, viruses, fungi and moulds is used to disinfect each room. Ozonisation is carried out before your stay begins. The disinfection of the common areas, on the other hand, takes place at specific hours in order to reduce as much as possible any possibility of infection. We have also implemented the cleaning of the rooms and common areas with disinfectants recognized by the Ministry of Health as "Medical Surgical Devices". The common areas will be disinfected several times a day.
AVAILABLE FOR ALL GUESTS
In all common areas, and in several places, there are hand sanitizing gel dispensers.
STAFF
All the staff of the Hotel Due Mari has received and continues to receive specialized training to ensure the best possible compliance with health and safety protocols.
DINING
The dining service is carried out in a large and spacious room that guarantees the right distance between guests. The hotel also has a pleasant and large veranda perfectly suited for dining.
As long as it is not possible to offer our buffets safely, we will serve you everything you want, without any waiver. Every course will be served at the table.
STREAMLINED PROCEDURE
For check-in and check-out: Most of the administrative procedures can be carried out online, limiting physical contact. Upon arrival, a member of the family will go to the reception to take possession of the room while the other people can comfortably wait in our renovated garden.
As for the parking, we will give you all the directions to reach it. For hygienic reasons, we remind you that only the owner can move the car.
MORE FLEXIBLE BOOKING
More freedom in the choice of dates of stay and the possibility to move your reservation without penalty. You can cancel your booking up to 3 days before your expected arrival date and no penalties will be charged.
